Chihuahua's Mexican Restaurant & Cantina
Family-owned Chihuahua's Mexican Restaurants are a dream come true for three siblings who came from Mexico in 1991. Guillermina, Alfredo and Ramiro Flores were born in Juarez Chihuahua, Mexico, a city across the border from El Paso, Texas. The three partners decided to name their restaurants after the state in Mexico in which they were born. Chihuahua's Mexican Restaurant opened their first location in Maryland Heights. Soon Guillermina and Alfredo became partners and opened Taqueria Chihuahua in Ballwin, now known as Chihuahua's Ballwin. Ramiro was working as a kitchen manager for another Mexican restaurant until he became the last piece of the puzzle when their uncle, Ignacio Flores helped make their third location, Chihuahua's in Troy, a reality. Utilizing the experience of Uncle Ignacio, who also owns restaurants in Los Angeles called Mariscos, they bring the best Mexican food and flavors to Missouri!
